EDIT for people already asking: Top part is bleached then toned twice, first with Wella Silver Lady and then with a mix of Manic Panic Virgin Snow and a keratin pack, bottom part is Special FX Joyride diluted at half-strength, left on the ends for 45 minutes and the middle part for about 15.
